About this event
The Yobuko Morning Market is held every day except 1 January, from 7:30 to 12:00, along Asaichi-dori in the fishing town of Yobuko. The Karatsu Tourism Association lists stalls of seafood, dried fish, vegetables, fruit, pickles, flowers, sweets and pottery. Yobuko is famous across Japan for its live squid, and the market is the morning heart of the port.
