About this event
The World Cosplay Summit is an international cosplay festival held across central Nagoya, including Oasis 21, the Aichi Arts Center, Hisaya-odori Park and the Osu shopping district, with the World Cosplay Championship final decided on stage at the Aichi Arts Center. The 2026 edition ran from 31 July to 2 August 2026 with representative teams from around 40 countries and regions. Official dates for 2027 have not yet been published; the window shown is the equivalent Friday-to-Sunday weekend at the turn of August.
