About this event
The previous edition ran for 23 days from 11 September to 3 October 2026 in Odori Park, open 10:00 to 20:30 across themed blocks from 4-chome to 11-chome; the 2027 dates had not been published when checked, so the dates shown are the expected window on the same pattern, a Friday start in mid September running 23 days. First held in 2008, the festival draws more than two million visitors, with seafood, ramen, jingisukan, dairy, sweets and local sake, wine and beer gathered from across Hokkaido.
