About this event
The Chugoku region tourism guide describes the Kurashiki Tenryo Summer Festival as the city's largest, with band parades and drum performances along Kurashiki Chuo Street and, in the evening, around 3,500 people dancing the Daikan Bayashi-Odori. It is held on the first Saturday after 20 July; the 2027 date on that pattern is 24 July and is not yet announced.
