About this event
The Inuyama Tourism Association's official page states the festival is held on the first Saturday and Sunday of April, which in 2027 falls on 3 and 4 April; the detailed 2027 schedule is published closer to the event. The 2026 edition ran on 4 and 5 April, with karakuri puppet dedications at Haritsuna Shrine and a lantern-lit night parade.
