Billboard Live Tokyo
Billboard Live Tokyo is a restaurant club inside Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi, one of the three Japanese clubs run under the Billboard Live name. This sheet gathers the practical facts for a night there from the sources that actually publish them: the club's own FAQ and club information pages, its building, and the transport operators.
- Nearest station
- Toei Oedo Line, Roppongi Station, Exit 8, directly connected, about 5 minutes on foot. Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, Roppongi, connected by underground concourse, about 5 minutes.
- Doors and entry
- The club publishes no standing doors time. Doors and stage times are set per performance and printed on the club's schedule pages; one stage runs about 60 to 90 minutes.
- Bags
- The club publishes no bag size limit. Tokyo Midtown publishes its coin locker sizes, the largest W374 x D580 x H832 mm; those are locker dimensions, not a venue bag rule. The cloakrooms by the entrance take bags on the night (see Cloakroom).
- Cloakroom and lockers
- Yes. Cloakrooms are available near the entrance of the club. Valuables must be kept with you, not left in the cloakroom.
- Tickets and ID
- Bought on the web, check in with the QR code in My Page, under Purchase History, shown on a smartphone. Bought through a PlayGuide, the ticket must be issued as a paper ticket or an electronic ticket and presented at the counter. Identity verification may be performed at check in, so bring a form of identification; some performances require a designated form of ID, stated per performance.
- Not allowed
- Without prior permission: recording or filming equipment, alcoholic beverages, food and drinks, and hazardous or dangerous materials.
- Children
- Children under elementary school age are not admitted. Children of elementary school age and older but under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and pay the regular fee. Under 18s may be refused entry to a second stage performance expected to end past 11:00 pm, under local youth ordinances.
- Accessibility
- Wheelchair entry is possible. After buying a ticket, phone the club's inquiry centre on 03-3405-1133 and you will be guided to a wheelchair accessible viewing area; the seat location may differ from the seat bought, space is limited, and without advance contact the club cannot provide admission guidance. Step free access in the building, Tokyo Midtown: a direct B2F connection to the Oedo Line at Roppongi Station, an interior that is mostly barrier free, and lifts at the few 3F level changes; note that arrival via the Hibiya Line at Roppongi involves steps. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are on each floor of Tokyo Midtown, with ostomate-equipped toilets at Galleria 2F and Tower B1.
- Prayer and halal food
- Prayer: Tokyo Midtown, the building the club sits in, provides separate prayer spaces, Galleria 1F for women and Galleria 3F for men, free with no reservation during Galleria hours. Halal food: no halal offer is published by the club, its operator or its building.
