About this event
Takato Castle Ruins Park holds roughly 1,500 Takato kohigan zakura, a small-petalled, deep-pink variety unique to the park, and is listed among Japan's top 100 cherry blossom sites. The festival runs with the bloom through most of April, with night illumination and paid entry once flowering is declared; exact 2027 dates are set by the bloom, so this window follows the festival's usual April frame given by the official Ina City tourism site.
