Where to stay for Sapporo Snow Festival.
The festival runs at two sites in the centre of Sapporo: Odori Park, where the large snow sculptures stand from Nishi 1-chome to 11-chome, and Susukino, where the ice sculptures line Ekimae-dori. Both sites are evening places as much as daytime ones, and the Odori lighting runs until 22:00, so a central base turns the festival into a walk home rather than a journey.
