Oyakushi-san no Tezukuri-ichi is a handmade market held on the 8th of every month at Mutsu Kokubunji Yakushido in Wakabayashi Ward, Sendai, a hall with a long history as a place of local worship. Around 50 stalls sell handmade crafts, accessories, baked goods and local food. The market has run since 2008 and is a fixture of the ward's monthly calendar.
