About this event
The Hachioji Visitors and Convention Association runs the Mount Takao Autumn Leaves Festival from 24 October to 13 December 2026, with taiko, orchestral and yosakoi performances at the Kiyotaki cable car station on weekends and holidays, and an evening light-up along the cable car line on peak weekends. The maples themselves are usually best from mid-November to early December.
