About this event
The Kobe City Museum hosts Tove and the Moomins, organised with the Helsinki Art Museum (HAM) to mark 80 years since the publication of the first Moomin novel. Around 300 items, including Tove Jansson early oil paintings, wartime caricatures, Moomin novel and comic originals, sketches and personal belongings, survey her creative world. The exhibition runs from 10 October to 13 December 2026. General admission is 2,200 yen.
