About this event
The Kamigamo Handicraft Market is held on the fourth Sunday of every month, from 9:00 to about 15:00, in the grounds of Kamigamo Shrine, a World Heritage site in northern Kyoto. Around 200 to 220 stalls sell handmade cloth goods, ceramics, food and plants along the shrine's wooded approach. A special extra edition is held on 3 February for Setsubun.
