The organiser's official overview gave the previous edition on Thursday 13 August 2026, with the display from 19:20 at the Tokachi River riverbank special venue in Obihiro, about 400 metres downstream from Tokachi Ohashi Bridge, so 13 August 2027 is the expected date.
