About this event
Kabuki-za's January programme, traditionally billed Kotobuki Hatsuharu Daikabuki, is the theatre's New Year production and one of the most popular months of its year. Shochiku publishes each month's programme roughly two months ahead, and the January 2027 programme had not been announced when this record was verified on 23 October 2026; the official link is to the December programme, the latest published at the time. The window shown follows the theatre's established pattern of opening on 2 January and running for about three and a half weeks, and must be confirmed against the official announcement.
