About this event
The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival, known as IKEHALO, turns the Ikebukuro east exit area and Sunshine City into a cosplay event with stage programmes, parades and gathering spaces. The official Tokyo tourism events service lists the 2026 edition from Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, opening with an evening IKEHALO NIGHT session at Sunshine City on 30 October for ages 18 and over. Participation tickets and cosplay passes are sold through the official event site.
