About this event
UNPLAN Shinjuku and Convoco Japan host Sake Pong Night, an international social evening where sake pong is played with sake served in traditional wooden masu cups instead of plastic cups. Check-in opens at 19:00 and partners are matched by the suit and number on each guest's wristband; after a rules briefing the tournament runs from 19:45, with prizes for the top three teams and free social time until 22:30. Advance tickets cost ¥1,500 (about US$9) and tickets on the day cost ¥2,000 (about US$13), sold only if places remain, plus one drink purchase; guests staying at UNPLAN Shinjuku enter free. Capacity is around 50 and advance registration is recommended.
