About this event
Official dates for the 2027 edition are not yet published. Tokushima City's official page states the main festival is held in Tokushima City from August 12-15 each year and attracts more than 1 million tourists, and JNTO (japan.travel) likewise gives August 12 to 15 every year. The dance has over 400 years of history.
