Osaka's great summer festival at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, with a river procession and fireworks on the evening of 25 July.

Held on 24 and 25 July every year, the dates published by Osaka Tenmangu Shrine. Around 100 boats carry the deity down the Okawa River on the second evening, followed by a fireworks display, while a land procession of some 3,000 people crosses the city in the afternoon.
