Takayama City's official tourism site gives the Hachiman Matsuri as 9 and 10 October annually, the autumn counterpart to the spring festival. A yoimatsuri evening procession is held on 9 October; in 2026 only ten floats were shown while the Gyojintai float was under repair, so check the city's page for the 2027 float list.
