About 6,000 fireworks are launched from 18:00 to 19:00 over the Tama River, at the same time as the Kawasaki City display on the opposite bank, with stage events and stalls at the Futako-Tamagawa venue. The previous edition, the 48th, was held on Saturday 3 October 2026, as listed in the organiser's official 2026 brochure, and the 2027 date is not yet published, so the date shown is the first Saturday of October 2027, the festival's current early-October pattern.
