OSAKA Hikari no Renaissance 2026, the second core programme of the Festival of the Lights in Osaka, runs from 11 to 25 December 2026 around Osaka City Hall and Nakanoshima Park. The City Hall facade illumination and the zelkova illumination street run for the longer festival period, from 3 November to 31 December 2026. Dates follow Osaka City's published festival announcements.
