The park's official flower guide lists the kochia on Miharashi Hill turning from green through a green and red gradation in early October to full red foliage in mid-October, with a red and brown gradation in late October. In 2026 the park announced the kochia had reached peak red colour in mid-October, and no specific 2027 dates have been published, so the dates shown are the expected peak window for 2027.
