The Hana Haru Festa is a two-day event held each April in Tokushima City, with famous Awa Odori troupes performing on the spring stage, a ramen road, local product stalls and traditional craft workshops around Aibahama Park and Awagin Hall. The 2027 dates are not yet announced; the window follows the mid-April weekend pattern of previous editions.
