Produced by Hidetoshi Nakata's Japan Craft Sake Company, Craft Sake Week brings about 130 breweries (10 a day on rotation) plus restaurant stalls to Roppongi Hills Arena. Entry works on a starter set of an original glass plus 14 tasting coins (4,800 yen in 2026), and Dassai's New York-brewed Dassai Blue was among the 2026 exhibitors. The 2026 edition ran 17 to 29 April (weekdays 15:00 to 22:00, weekends 12:00 to 21:00); 2027 dates are not yet published, so this window transposes the 2026 pattern.
